What is Emotional Resolution Meditation and how does it work?

This experience blends sound healing, meditation, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) to help your body and mind shift from stress into restoration. RRT principles gently guide the subconscious to reframe and clear emotional imprints with beautiful imagery and sound effects. This provides relief without reliving or over analyzing the past.

As the meditation guidance concludes and the sound bath begins, soothing frequencies activate your parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s “rest and receive” state. Heart rate slows, breath deepens, and stress hormones decrease. Brainwaves move into relaxed alpha and theta states, supporting clarity, intuition, and further emotional release.
